Theres no limit on the amount of clue scrolls you can get per day, its just the fact you gotta kill stuff to get them ;p

its just a random drop you just have to be lucky :)

Yeah clue scrolls can be an uncommon drop. I think it's harder to get a clue scroll than to complete it.

Agree, It is random sometimes you get a clue drop quick sometimes it takes a while :P
