I am having some problems with my laptop after a restore - Every thing is massive!

Make sure your gfx drivers are up to date if you wish to make the resolution any different

which laptop do you have?

Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display

Make sure its on smaller - 100% (default)

@ N!ck that's the highest resolution the acer 5920 goes to as far as i'm aware.

I've had higher before I restored the system - I will try the driver installatio and get back to you.

Just a quick fyi, we can't see any size difference with screenshots when it's a resolution problem, the image is just smaller ;)

And as the others said, install the graphics drivers.

Also, wut, Norton AND MS Security Essentials, what's going on there?!

Thanks for all your help - I installed the graphic driver and that solved it!

I had Norton and MS SE running as Norton came installed with my laptop by default. I removed it last night after I took the screen shots.
