Office Staff and Mods are in when the Hotel comes off maintenance sometimes. When they are in, you get the oops connecting message untill they set it up for everyone else to sign on. The 35 people are Staff and Mods. :)

why do you guys always assume it's hobba's and mod's? only one mod is allowed in the hotel unless at peak times, hobba's don't have their tools at the moment.. lol, usually when the hotel comes up it shows as 35 anyway..

for nearly the whole of that maintenance i was watching habbox tv and ive changed my mind im w8ing till the population of the hotel goes above 35 :D

I think to be honest it was just a maintenance break, there has many a time where habbo has come back from maintenance and the clock has been on 35 for a long time and nothing has happened.
