Has anybody ever took a holiday to Tunisia?
Next year I'm planning on travelling there to have surgery. The surgery is 66% cheaper than it is over in the UK. The package deal I have discovered includes all surgery and clinic fees, all necessary investigations, full board hotel accommodation and airport transfers (Tunis Carthage airport)

The reason I want to know if you've ever spent a holiday in Tunisia is because I want to see if it's a place where my parents and grandparents would enjoy as a beach and cultural holiday.

I really appreciate your replies, and possibly pictures of where you stayed etc.

The NHS seems like a more logical choice.

I've been there, the beaches are nice, but not after a storm. I had like 2 or 3 storms over a 2 week period. But I loved them

Just seen the opening 5 minutes of the programme on YouTube, Rhinoplasty almost never goes wrong and more a less everyone who has had the surgery leads a happier life with more self confidence.

Been to Tunisia in 2008 and had a pretty good time. It's got a decent climate (other than the occasional storms mentioned) and decent Mediterranean beaches. It's also pretty cultural, part of the Sahara desert is in the South while just a few miles North of Tunis lies Carthage. Carthage is a city built by the Romans and pretty important in history as so much of it still remains;

So yeah it's pretty ideal for a beach and cultural holiday. Good luck with your surgery also :)
