How do you give people Rep?

Click the scales in the top right hand corner of the box some1s typing in. It's next to the flashing ! mark

look above your name, and on that blue bar, go over to the right, and click the scales, the top option is good, the bottum is bad rep

To give rep you need 10+ rep points and 50+ posts otherwise it wont take affect.
