The past couple of days i've been learning to use Blender a little more (an open source 3D content creation suite) and have created my first animation with it. I know it probably could be tweaked a little here and there and the lighting probably could be adjusted a bit, but i'm really not gonna bother since it took 4 hours to render just this 8 second video!

I did try to use Blender a while ago and failed :l

Depends on your abilities to use complex programs. I tried 3DS Max about a year ago and didn't get anywhere with that, but i've managed to learn a bit of Blender.
