Need ipb skinner

I need a new forum skin for my site, i have a few but they dont suit the site. So if any one is any good at making them and can make it look a bit like this,

But the skin will be dark to suit the site. and in the blue bar at the top will be,
my controls ect.

I dont think it will be hard to make it look like that, so if you can just make the skin i will be able to do that
