You need a piece of software called SAM Broadcaster which you can buy from the internet :).

you mean screenshots? print screen button on your keyboard, then paste into paint, and for radio streaming you need:-

Shoutcast Server < The important one, google it
DJ Software ( Winamp can do this, and it is free again google winamp) Or get SAM, i think its, well alot of money

Also you can use:

Microphone, or Headset

to DJ with someone else (DoubleDJ) you need skype, and a peice of software to pick up all voices in skype, and put em into SAM, for this you have to have SAM, cant use Winamp

and yes you have to download the music
