Sorry correcting answer. You'll join the correct public usergroup when they are made public.

I'm guessing you are staff? If you look in the Staff HxSS forums you will notice a thread in "Team Division" which should make it clear on what team you should be in. But the rest are correct, they groups are currently being made.
