Selfridges sell come models/colour ways of Supra, but I wouldn't hold your breath that they'll sell that particular Vaider.
Your best bet is to order them online, personally I use http://www.routeone.co.uk/Store/keyword-is-Supra for all my Supra goodness. However, because they're part of the Fall range, they might take some time coming over here, http://factory413.com/shop/footwear/supra/vaider/s28035red/ is Supra's 'official' online retailer, so it might be worth ordering from there, but I have no idea what shipping would be
