Shouldn't post count be disabled for certain threads, I'm not sure if its possible to disable posts for one individual thread but some are really pointless.
For example the 'What are you listening to?' thread is really pointless, lets be honest its just used to get post count up. No-one actually cares what anyone is listening to, you very rarely get anyone quoting someone to start a discussion about the song they are listening to.
Don't be bias, I know allot of users like that thread so you'll disagree with me but only because you want to get your post count up easily.
That thread is more pointless than a condom to be fair, na but really it is pointless. There's also tones of other threads that are pointless. Answer this question, does the music thread create a discussion?

I've always thought this.

no, some people want to get their post count up to fit in more with the community or whatever. i think the current system of disabling posts in spam/games is fine. threads like this have been here for yearssss and never caused any issues.
think ur just nitpicking. thread is gr8 for people with low post count to boost it up a little bit. it's not like people sit in the thread all day and reply every time someone else replies
If people blatantly spam it they will be dealt with, other than that I don't see a real problem with it. It's never caused any problems thus far, and I stick by the principle of "if it ain't broke, don't try and fix it".

This. Nobody really spams anymore as we kinda got it under control. These threads are part of Habbox Forum history and have always been popular with the new members looking to find a way to advance - which I have no issue with.
I get what you mean, but I don't think it's to big of a deal. I agree with the part about it not being a discussion so it is in a sense like spam.

I have to say that this is what i was going to put - people do sometimes post just for the sake of it - but as long as its moderated and people dont post like every 2 minutes then it should be fine - as quoted " if it aint broke - dont fix it"
True these threads have been around a while by the looks of it and new members aswell as older members can get to know a person slightly by what they listen to / watch on tv & also they can get posts up so they may feel they fit in more.
I agree. It's just a post count fest.
A fair chunk of some people's post count exist due to that thread. (both the current thread and the original)
