Thousands. Foreign countries seem to be producing better films than anything in English these days.

Numerous. Subs > Dubs as they say. I never understand how people can get immersed into a story without watching it in it's native language. When you see people speaking out of sync with bad voiceovers it's a constant reminder that you're watching a movie: not inside the story.

I probably watch more Japanese language films than I do English, or if not it is close at least. I absolutely love foreign cinema.

Yes, subtitles all the way. Listen to Ichi the Killer's English dub track for a prime example of why never to listen to them.

Goodbye Lenin and Les Choristes. Great films.
Yerp, every single day, gotta love them anime.
And ofc the occasional film in french + spanish during school. But yeah, japanese seems to be what i watch most in another language, possibly more than english programs sometimes.

Most probably have. I know Neversoft and NaughtyNemo have. Misawa will have as well. It's a fairly popular film...

I think there are a fair few on this forum who have seen it. It's quite a popular film.

It isn't scary, just violent. Although compared to some films the violence level isn't all that high. By far the best thing about Battle Royale is Takeshi Kitano though. You should check it out.

It's often on Film4 too which is pretty cool. Don't bother with the sequel, however.

Nice guest appearance from Yuko Miyamura as well. The only thing that lets the movie down is probably Tatsuya Fujiwara, who has gone on to ruin both the live action Kaiji and Death Note movies (he played Light). Or maybe it's just me who doesn't like him. :P

Coolio. Was gonna watch it tonight, but after talking about final destination, and still feeling creaped out (despite that film not being scary in the slightest), i decided id watch it when people were awake + it was day time :D
