If you mean balls then its perfectly normal for one to hang lower than the other, usually its the left which hangs lower though.
If you mean nipples then no.

Its normal for one to hand down lower than the other one, just means that one contains more sperm than the other.

Yeah the left is a little lower, I had to go to hospital about this up until I was about 6 so until this thread I thought I was part of a small minority lol. It's never bothered me, I'm just very puzzled now why I had to go to the hospital if it's so common, looks like I'm going to have an awkward conversation with the mother about this.
