I was clicking a link from a fansite, which was linked from a graphic on the forum and this came up!
Is it new or old? never seen it before!

It's new but it seems like they went back to the original design of Habbo with the darker colors with it.

Its most likely to embedd into things like fansites and stuff which is wierd and a bit of a security concern
