Do you like tattoos?

What is your opinion on tattoos and would you ever consider having one done?

Personally I do not like them, not only can they sometimes make you look rough but when you get older and your skin/body changes, they usually fade and lose their shape in general.

if not & they are pointless then i don't like them

I agree with Jarvis, if they have a meaning, like a name of a loved one, then yes...
But stupid things like massive skulls across the body is just ':l :l :l'

I like small ones, however im not to keen on big ones or people who have lots of them.
When im older i want to get a tribal tattoo

It depends, if they have a meaning to them, and if they actually look nice then I don't mind them.

I love tattoo's i got my first when I was 16 and I plan on getting many more. The only thing what annoys me about tattoos is tribal one and tattoos that are done TERRIBLY. If you want a tattoo get one done by a proper artist and not by somebody who thinks they can tattoo.

I'm not overly fussed on them, i dont like when people go completly over the top on them. I wouldn't mind a small one but that would be it. I think the one thing that puts me off them is thinking that when your like 70 you will still have it .....

by loved one i hope you mean family member, because getting the name of your girlfriend or honestly even your wife is among the stupidest things people do.

and anyway, i dont mind tattoos too much. the people who get them all over their bodies (i saw this guy with a HUGE tattoo all the way around his neck) are so funnnnnnyyyy sometimes i wish i could see into the future at how angry at themselves they're going to be lol.

tribal tattoos are dumb. getting japanese or chinese characters is really dumb. really any stereotypical tattoo is just annoying. also, people who opt for cheap artists, i just dont understand. if youre going to have something permanently on your body, might as well make it look good.

Some look really classy, but some REALLY don't.

I've already thought about it time and again, and i wouldn't have anything daft like a skull or anything, but i am planning on getting a small tattoo with wings surrounding the word 'Dad' on my lower back or shoulder blade.

yeah i could, but i would have to do it in auditions/rehearsals/general calls to avoid being typecasted, and i wouldn't want that.
and you have to declare it on your actors cv.
and it would put certain employers off.

I'd love a tattoo but quite worired if it'll hurt or not and I will probably be really picky about which tattoo I get, it has to be a perfect design lol

If they have meaning there okay but I wouldn't have one! If the person only has like one small one they don't look that bad but if they have loads, I don't really like them!

I'm not a fan of huge ones that are really 'in your face', but I think that smaller ones can look quite nice. Not sure that I'd ever have one myself though.

I'd never get one myself, but I don't mind other people having them as long as they're not like all over their bodies. It's such a big decision to make and I don't think a lot of people think it through and actually realise that they're going to have it forever!

i heard a good tip for deciding on whether you want a certain design or not; print out the design and put it on the wall in front of your bed or somewhere you'll see it every day, and if you still want it on your body after 6 months then get it. a lot of people realize they dont want it anymore after seeing it constantly.

I love tattoos. Of course I wouldn't go overboard. I think covered in tattoos is nasty.

Liked them enough to get one. It's small and it's meaningful... at least to myself and the people that know me, which is the important thing. Everyone else just finds it weird. :P

I like tattoos as long as they aren't excessive and as long as they have meaning behind them or a reason that will make it so you don't regret them in the future. I was at a tattoo place this past weekend and I looked through the catalogs but I realized I really can't do it if it doesn't have meaning to me.
