I am ill, cure me

Cure me. Had a 'head cold' for the last five days and I've still got it. Some things have eased whilst others such as coughing have worsened. Still got that blocked nose feeling too. I'm going to get smacked off my **** from Lemsip Max tonight if it's not gone. Need a cure so gimme a cure, charity starts at home and all that.

Strepsils max, they usually help me and they are really good and powerful and have something in them that works quickly and keep to the lemsip max too

just relax alot and take some Strepsils like Sam said, I hate blocked noses and everything :l

Try a long hot shower - the steam can ease it and if it goes on much longer you may need antibiotics.

Thanks, I'll adventure out in a minute and look for some. Been on the LM for the past four nights but I swear it's not even working, all it does is sends me to sleep and I wake up feeling the same! Just makes me sleepy.

I've tried relaxing for the past four nights, getting bored of it now :(. Football tonight anyway, either I'll rage it all out or give it out to other people, so kind.

Tried that too! Even chucked in a load of the scented stuff :(. Nothings working! I'm just going to lie down in a gutter tonight and end it peacefully.

Make sure you get the Max ones, there blackcurrant flavour. The other ones wont be as effective!

I'll be lazy and ask some dude to show me where the Maxs are, saves me time roaming around and means I'll get the right ones aha.

Well I know this sounds disgusting but I run hot water through my mouth down my nose during the shower if I am blocked up - it does seem to work.

Yes, then keep you mouth closed and just get get it to go through your nose. LOL :D

LOLOLOL - no when your mouth is full of water tip your head forward and snort - this could be more trouble than its worth trying to explain.

Get a bowl of hot steaming water with eucalyptus things and then stick your head over it. Works like a charm.

What you need is to stay in bed and let it pass, OFF THE PC, don't watch tv etc, just sleep/read/chill. If you need someone to look after you, you know where I am.

made me larrrrf. na mate you'll be fine. not sure what shes on about but you wont drown with just a mouthful of water :P

luckily you're better now cause i didnt really have anything helpful to add
