How would i overclock a milestone

Well i've been doing some researching into overclocking and i think i'd quite like to speed up my motorola milestone, Can someone post me a tut or something to overclock it please :)

First you have to find a rooted ROM that supports it and then you download SetCPU (released for free on XDA, it's only paid on the market for donations) to set profiles up etc.
