Samsung are having a fantastic year.
They've had great success with the Wave (http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_s8500_wave-3146.php) and the Galaxy S (http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_i9000_galaxy_s-3115.php).

They make reliable, hard working handsets. They always think of every user - with user friendly devices and for every budget.

Personally I haven't put much confidence in Samsung. They seemed to concentrate on the pay as you go market and that was just fine. But now they're actually causing a grumble. They've got their bada software, they've got several devices using android and a lot of symbian.

What's your opinions?

Was it actually samsung who lost it? Or a dealer, ie CPW, P4U, voda, o2 etc.

Yeah, I get a brand new replacement when Orange hurry the **** up with my proof of purchase, so it's not all bad I guess!

In our store you can just print out a copy of the purchase records... like a giant receipt including log in, management etc.

I dont hate samsung but the last one i had was D600 which wasn't that good before that i had D500 which i LOVED. so yeh, but then again i hated motorola but Intel made me get a milestone and i love that.

i really dislike the whole samsung menu style etc. i suppose it's different when they're android phones e.g: galaxy.
but before android came to samsung, i would NEVER buy a samsung phone.

they'll say anything to give themselves more time and to get you of their case. Orange's customer service is awful now that they've changed their policies.
