Probably classical above all else. I just love songs with beauty and emotion and classical is very expressive, I feel it is able to tell a story unlike any other genre. I also have a love for rock as that is where my roots lie and I love the whole celtic sound used by some artists as well, particularly by Nightwish and Enya. I find that I can enjoy most types of music though.

i hate it with a passion when people say this. eminem is NO different than other rappers, the only reason people THINK hes different is because he's white. "no thats not true!!" yes. yes it is. "Eminem is so different, all other rappers rap about violence and drugs and sex, but not eminem, he raps about killing his mother, constantly doing valium, and cheating on his wife." it baffles me as to why people think he's so much "cleaner" than other rappers? the only explanation there is that makes any sense is that you have preconceived notions that white people aren't as violent/greedy as black people. and plus, there ARE actual rappers, both black and white, who actually don't ever rap about money sex or violence, you just probably havent heard them before.

anyway, i can listen to any type of music as long as its good. but generally, my itunes can be divided into hip-hop/independent music.

I listen to rap mostly, but I enjoy listening to anything. It really depends what mood I'm in. For me, rap can just sound good no matter what mood I'm in though.
