I have taken a look at your post reports and I agree with the Super Moderators I am afraid, the posts you have reported have a somewhat constructive element.
If users were constantly posting "Congrats, congrats" in every thread in a short space of time - this is spamming. What you've reported is not breaking the rules in my eyes, and in my vastly experiences moderator's eyes.
May I add, if you continue to spam the post report system, further action will be taken.
Confirm that i am now able to post 'GRATS' in all achievment/goal threads aslong as it's not at same time and spaced out 15-20 mins
1 word replys are now acceptable
So can i post threads asking for one word

it's primary aim was to penalise people posting pointless one word threads and answers in the discuss anything forums
wouldnt it kinda be more intelligent to ban 1 word replies in discuss anything no
other than adding a rule then saying no its fine even though its breaking the rule you added...
