On my mums account statement It says I have been charged £49.00 for their service called Amazon Prime, But I Only Subscribed to a months FREE trial, and is their anyway to undo this mess :S

Did this happen as soon as you subscribed or was the month already up?

It automatically renews, cancel it on the account. If you haven't ordered anything from Amazon since it renewed you'll get a refund.

When I went to the Prime Settings it says i haven't subscribed?

Sorted it out, emailed them and they have gave me a full re-fund :D

yeah happened to me. cancel it, only if you haven't used the Prime service for a full refund.

Ring them and complain. My friend got this too, eventually got his money back. Its a ******* disgrace the way they do this.

Call ASAP.

A full refunds being credited to my mums card, in 2-3 days :D

I think it says on the T&C when getting the Amazon Prime free month try out, that once the free month expires, it will take the amount out of your account. I also believe they are meant to send you a reminder E-mail nearer to the expiration date of the free month trial just to make sure that you acknowledge £40 will be removed for a year subscription on Amazon Prime.

But yeah I just pressed a few buttons on the Amazon website and I got a full refund within a few days.

It was a little annoying at first, though.
