How to hide a tattoo?

I got a tattoo last november and so far i've hidden it from my dad but next week i'm going on holiday and well i'll be going in a pool and such and well it'll be pretty visible.
I'm taking long sleeved football shirts which is pretty thin and i'm taking a thin long sleeved t-shirt so i won't get too warm. Any other suggestions?

I think the best thing would be to own up now and get the row over with. I do think otherwise it will spoil your holiday. Does your Mum know because if so perhaps she can help????/

Yeahh my mum knows she came with me when I got it and I might just tell him cause I wanted to tell him but she was like HE'LL FLIP OUT n stuff. But he said "if you're ever gonna get a tattoo get it where you can cover it" and in my defence .. i've hidden it for nearly a year.

Cause she's the one who told me to hide it in the first place :P She's prepared to spend money to cover this tattoo up instead of just coming clean :')

I don't think you will get booted out because of a tattoo. Just expect the explosion and hope he will calm down before the holiday and then you will at least not have to worry. What's done is done! You never know he maybe fine about it.

Oh yeah, because if he goes on holiday for even one week and goes in the pool, the tattoo is gonna just wash off. not gonna work.

Personally I would come clean, and don't get your mum involved. The worst thing you want to do is get your mum and dad fighting each other.

Surely he'd be more angry if you told him in a few months when you've been hiding it for ages. Get it done with so you're not telling any lies.. then you can enjoy the holiday :)

As what's been said, tell him so you can enjoy your holiday but tell your Mum to act like she knew nothing about it to stop them from arguing.

OR, just casually get it out and say that he said you could get it done when he was drunk and get your Mum to back that up.

Yeah, own up I mean arnt holidays suppost to be were the family all get happy ect so I don't think it should really have a massive effect at the end of the day its going to happen some day its better sooner than later ? good luck!
