how often do u do it?
i just realized i say it to my oldest brother and one of my cousins everytime we leave each other but never to my mum :S & she's closest to me... i don't remember her ever saying it either unless she was drunk. i don't think i've ever heard any other family say it to anyone lol doesn't mean we don't love each other but still i'm curious
Inseriousity.

haha my nanas always complain that I "never give us hugs like you did when you were little". I don't say it very often tbh, I prefer showing them by doing little things for them instead of telling them. :)
When ive done something annoying
When ive been annoying on purpose and then wanna be nice
When im bored
When i want something
When im leaving or they're leaving somewhere

I usually just say 'Love you too' when my mum says it first, or when we're saying goodbye over the phone or something. And before I go to bed.

I don't suppose we are that kind of family. It would just be odd for me to say "I love you" to my parents and they'd look at me like I was an alien.
I'm respectful to all members of my family anyway so I've never really had to promote my love :P of course, if I'm leaving the house / going to bed.. I'd give my Mum / Gran a kiss.
I do see a lot of American families though while on holiday, kids just randomly saying "oh I love you mommy you're the best I'm so lucky"... I'm like :l

yeahhhh it loses its meaning after a while of saying it, my mum knows i love her so i don't need to say it but my brother n cousin are the really sensitive types who need you to say it for them to believe it

I only tell my 18 month old nephew I love him lol, I never say it to anyone else lol
I'm not close to my family, I tell my mum I love her rarely and I never tell my dad. I hate my brothers. I only tell my sister when she's leaving home to go to uni.

I always used to tell my Mom, Dad or Sister that I love them all the time, although due to some not very nice situations arising lately I really haven't been doing this anymore :(!

i love both my parents, they really are unreasonably supportive of me. however, i dont think ive ever told my dad i love him and i dont think hes ever said it to me, id imagine itd just be awkward to come out of either of our mouths lol. but it doesnt matter cause he knows i do, its something that doesnt really need to be said. i tell my mom though when im leaving for school though. ive never said it to my brother and i highly doubt i ever will. not that we dont get along, i just cant imagine a situation where i'd have to say that to him lol.

To elaborate onto what I said earlier I think when I'm older and my parents pass away, or god forbid something happened to my brother or sister, I would regret not saying I love you as much as I could have despite how I feel now.

never. I cannot "love" males and my family is 4/5 male and my family are generally annoying and constantly take the piss, my dad constantly moans and its annoying so no.

I say it to my sister about 3 times a day anyone else I won't bother because i'd probably be lying by saying it. Truth.

when someone says it to me first I will, when I'm saying bye, going to bed ect. I say it to my brother a lot since he's 2.

I say it quite a lot to most of my family to be honest but it's more "love you" then "i love you". If that makes sense

its weird, I never used to. My family used to be far apart but recently we got closer.
My brother - never say I love him
My sister - very rarely see her i dnt say i love her but id give her a hug if she was going home
my mum - I say I love her regularly
I bet that was a surprise!
