I am a massive fan of horror films, and adore the little branch from that genre that is the horror-comedy. The darker, the better. What are your favourites? I'll list some of mine:

An American Werewolf in London
Child's Play 2
Dawn of the Dead
Spookies
Street Trash
Evil Dead II
Shaun of the Dead
The Stuff
Frankenhooker
Brain Damage
Return of the Living Dead
Cemetery Man
Night of the Creeps
Razorback
Maximum Overdrive

and way too many more...

I didn't find Dawn of the Dead funny... I think you got mixed up somewhere.

Hmm, Dawn of the Dead is sort of a comedy, I dunno. It's definitely not a straight-up horror. Romero considers it a comic-book-esque romp, and I would agree. For the purpose of this thread, however, I'll include it.
