Norm Rare Values

Ok, ive done a bit of room searching on habbo and have made a list of values that ive wanted to show including their reasons.All other values i have will also be posted here and edited with a date between each one.

DAY OF VALUES : Monday 8th August 2005

Bronze elephant : 4 CS - Increase by 1 CS - The reason for this value is because i dont see many of these in rooms or called out for people to trade.
4 Set of parasols : 6.8 CS - decrease by 0.2 CS - The reason for this value is because i feel they are rising in number and are gradually appearing in more rooms.
Study Desk : 1.7 CS - increase by 0.2 CS - For this rare, i believe it has gone up as it is a free rare in habbo club and comes at the end of the year (12 monthes). and there is not as many hcs now as ive seen before. This is also rarely traded or called out so this is the reason for this value.

Hi Exelglug :)

Thanks for posting your values, I find it better to read your comments aswell as the values. The Bronze Nelly could be a bit lower, but apart from that I think your values are on track of accuracy.
