yes, as a child I thought it would be a fun adventure but nothing more than the excited thoughts of a person who's watched too many disney movies one afternoon. Apart from that no, never :)

Yes, i've always imagined just getting on a train with a packback and doing it Bear Grylls style.
Then my mum bought me an xbox.

lol same as Jamesy, difference being though that I did it.
Nighttime, I get my shoes and walk out the door (mum and dad upstairs). have fun walking round and stuff, morning comes and this nice old lady sees us (I was with my uncle, who has Downs' so not exactly responsible adult), offers us breakfast and calls the police. We played tag in the police station. Could've been dangerous, could've been killed but you don't really think about that when you're 5 years old. :P
Ermm older... not really. My dad did say if I didn't get a job, he'd throw me out so I did think of packing my bags and saving him the trouble but it was just an empty threat really.

Only when I was younger.
I'm sensible enough now to know that it would be stupid to run away, especially with autumn/winter coming. It's going to start getting dark earlier and the weather's going to get colder. And the streets seem scarier when it's dark.
I wouldn't swap my safe, warm house for the dangerous, cold streets.

I have not tried to run away from home before!
I would quite simply have nowhere to go :P

I did but it was only for about half an hour and I just went to the park down the road.
There was a lot of stress floating around and I have an argument with my mum and dad so I just put my shoes on and walked out. I wouldn't really have called it running away but it's what I thought I was doing at the time.

Only when I was about 8, I used to " run away" to my Wendy house in the garden. So not really.
haha yeah, when I used to have trouble sleeping I used to just think about how nice it would be just to run away from everything and pop back every year on Christmas day but meh, my bed was too warm.

Yeah I think mine was a bit like nicolas there was a massive argument between me my mum and my dad and it all go too much so I walked out and ended up down by the river for a few hours before calming down and returning and apologizing
I've thought about it, but I'm almost 18 so it won't be running away I'd just tell them straight up that I'm leaving :)

I have though about it once, it was durng a period when I felt absolutely terrible. Everything around me seemed to be going wrong and nothing seemed to get better after months of waiting, so I thought if I ran away I would stop making everything worse for those around me. I went for a walk and I ended up walking about 10 miles before I made it back to my house, it cleared my head and I found a way to deal with it :P.

did once (although only briefly :P)
same as nicola, got into an argument with my mum and dad and my dad even went as far as telling me to go to see how hard it is (dont think he realised what he said, and btw i was only like 11)
so i just put on my shoes, took a bag with some crisps in, some warm clothes and my ipod, and just went. i could hear him shouting for me he was obviously so worried so i went back a few hours later.
I now realise just how much id miss my mum/dad if i did run away, so ive never thought of doing it since :)

i did at one point.. the arguments between my parents got to a breaking point for me.
When I was younger, I used to threaten my parents that i'd leave, run away, etc.
However they took my bluff and just responded with "Good luck with that mate, Enjoy" Because they knew I'd never do so.
After that I didn't try that tactic :p.
