Do any universities accept applicants with 2 A2 and 2 A level's?

thats confusing. 2 full A-Levels and 2 straight A2 levels? did you skip AS and go straight to A2? :S
Yeah there are some that do, but they aren't very good (no offence to anyone that attends them, just sayin') and it depends what you want to do? (if you mean two AS)

If so yes, but only universities which place their offers in UCAS points.

yeah some unis accept the 3rd a-level being made up of 2 ASs.

Try having a look on UCAS since most universities in the UK work under their system. Also you could try make some calls etc. to universities to see if they would consider someone with your qualifications. There should be a university out there who would be willing to accept you, and with foundation year degrees, its easier. A friend of mine took a foundation year and he only needed 80 UCAS points which I think is equivalent to a full A-Level at C grade :P.
