I've been trying to bulk up a lot while going to gym. I need 2000+ calories a day w/ healthy food. I dont like much veg and I find it impossible to eat salad with sandwiches. What healthy alternatives could I use?

you mentioned this on one of your videos i think and yeah, your attitude towards this is right (if that makes sense?)

bulking up isn't all about fruit and veg, although it will prevent a lot of problems, some other foods can be found from dairy and things from like fibre etc.

cheese, milk, bread (not too much), pasta etc. will all help you really. don't take too much of one thing and try to find as many different things you like and you don't have to stick to the same eating pattern

if your bulking eat anything as long as your getting the calories in man

2k seems kinda low aim for 2.8+

eat nuts, 600 cals per 100g and they're pretty easy to eat. Along with that get some peanut butter

Like soy said... at this stage you NEED the fats, if anything shove down sugar. I wouldn't suggest that normally but you seem skinny.

I'll just add to this, you need the fats to gain muscle. You don't want to be monitoring your fat intake at your size. Tbf I'd even suggest you check out scoobys, it'll help you out.
