Well my mums friend has a daughter whos like 13 and she wants me to drive her from kenilworth to hinckly for £20 there and back, so its about 18 miles there and 18 miles back overall a bout a 80 mile drive is that worth it? because i think thats crap.

18 miles back from dropping her off
18 miles there to pick her up

I would say that would be okay if you didn't have to drive 18 miles to get there and back. Perhaps she should see how much a taxi would cost and then she might pay more.

80 miles for 20 quid seems pretty decent, when i put 20 quid in mine it usually gives me a range of about 180

I don't think iv ever got a good amount of miles for my engines, on any of the cars iv driven or owned. My driving prob has a key issue with it.

you've got a derv, a tenner would do 80 miles
