What do casinos normally say for dice alts?

When you are dealing and a dice alts, what would the dealer normally do? Like, would they re-roll, keep the old number or use the final number?

I always rr but I know other dealers keep the first number. Rarely the last number though.

I always do reroll but other dealers are differant. Sometimes if I am doing a 13 and it is an 8 and the first number was 6 then I would keep it so it would bust :) LOL but yeah it is upto the dealer I suppose unless the casino has a certain rule for it.

I've only ever heard of redo but I haven't bet or taken serious bets since 2008ish.
