After months trying to talk to Habbo to give everyone who won the Heartbreak Hotel Screenshot competition, they finally gave it out today! It seems they are now more helpful on the new Help tool, because they also fixed the Bronze Santa hat when I told them.

Ahh. I totally forgot about winning that. I remember them saying there was a badge but I totally forgot.

Erm I sent on the Friday 3rd September so 3-4 Days maybe less because I sent by the weekend. And hahah yes late.

I just got a reply from helpdesk saying they've contacted the HM's and will be in touch shortly.. lol so idk if they were just lying or telling the truth, time will tell :)

They might have decided to send them all out at once and just see what the Hotel Managers say? I don't see why it should be fair to just give me it and nobody else. Hope you get it soon :D

When did you and fourteen get yours? I sent my message to their customer services ages ago, got the same response that someone on this thread did about them being in touch shortly, and haven't heard anything since (or got the badge). Might email them again if nothing happens XD

was around september 11th i sent, got reply on the 15th saying they will contact the HM and that they will be in touch shortly then the request was closed.

hadn't checked the account in about 6 days (since today) but checked today and i had it :)

My friend also got a Broken heart badge, even though she was on the UK hotel? Don't know why she got a different badge.
