Junk trading is buying items that dont sell in g.e from someone. An example of this is posion arrows / Javelin / most unstrung bows.
If someone made like 20k maple unstrung bows they would not be able to sell in g.e so they can sell as junk. So you buy the 20k maple unstrung bows from them and in return they give you habbo items.

so if i'm looking to trade 22m to an account with 15m how would i go about doing that?

Thats very difficult im not really sure how you can do that, cant really help there sorry.
But you can do a set limit each 15 minutes. Which is slow but better then nothing....
Also you can do 76k tricks, give someone a 76k trick and in return they give your other account a 76k trick. (has to be someone diffrent each time)

get 99 fletching all the bows (U) are classed as junk, but after that yew long bows when you string you make profit but atm you don't because of XP weekend all the prices have changed :@

Maple long (u) are around 115 coins each, you need 50k for to make around 5.5m......He wants to trade over 20+m which means he needs around 200k maple (u) which would take ages.................

ye i know, it was just an idea to get like 1m across :P
maple u not even junk they sell in g/e for min
