We are a new site owned and maintained by Chts and 047yneedss of the international hotel. We're currently under some maintenance for a while and will be until the 19th of September, which is when we launch our first version.

Well, If I was going to be honest with you, if this a new site, that hasn't even officially opened yet, why would you need staff?

Also, If people are doing: "roadcast live, create amazing graphics, write satisfactory articles, organise fun events or moderate a forum" What will you be doing?

It would be better to start advertising for Jobs available when the site is actually opened.
