Ludovico Einaudi is amazing. I don't think you'll find anything quite like Nuvole Bianche excluding his other songs, but with that said check out Ryuichi Sakamoto.

And while a lot more upbeat than Ludovico Einaudi, Joe Hisaishi is no less talented.

I'm just going to go in with the composer and simply staying Einaudi. He is bloody talented and there is no arguing that. His pieces are very wide ranged in fact, I think some of his music is very strong whilst some is very let down, although most of his pieces still have an increasing tempo. I think some of his pieces from the Nightbook are nice (as well as Una Mattina), although I would not suggest Lady Labyinth and Nightbook, as although they're my favourite pieces, I don't think you'll particularly like them judging by what song you chose. Clair de lune is nice too, although that is by a different composer.
Also to those in the UK, Einaudi has done four different UK spots in March for the last 2 years now, I went to the Brighton one myself this year. If he does another one, I highly suggest going to it because it is an opportunity not to be missed.
I think everyone by now knows how much I love Einaudi, so I won't go there given that everyone has already pretty much summarised why he is my favourite contemporary composer.
I would however recommend Trois Gymnopedies composed by Erik Satie:

Also, Michael Nyman is another of my favourite pianists. Most will have heard The Heart Asks Pleasure First:

Someone above Ryuichi Sakamoto, I would agree he is worth checking out :)
