[Facial Hair] Does this annoy anybody else?

If you haven't shaved for a while and there's a bit of a stubble under your bottom lip - does anybody else find it really annoying?

I don't mind it around my chin etc.. but just under my bottom lip really annoys me.

Anybody else like this? xD
