You should put ice on your sunburn and keep in a cooled environment and keep it protected from any sun. If the pain and swelling doesn't go away then consult your doctor. Good luck!

Not trying to be funny or anything but open the fridge door once in a while .. it works :P
Swear your not meant to put ice on sun burn? because you get like ice burn etc. from it?
If you have sudacream then use that, if not, then buy it! It's really good for sun burn and peeling skin :)
My burns went down over night and it got rid of my peeling after like one night :P

If you're going to use ice as a symptom reliever or treatment you shouldn't keep skin contact with it for over 9 minutes (I think it's 9 minutes, it's a figure that changes all the time), I would advise that you use caution when using ice and ideally seek further advice on using it before hand.
Keep out of the sun! Sounds weird, but it's a good sign that you're in pain as it probably means it falls under the 'superficial burn' category (if it blisters do not pop them and seek help!). If the pain is unbearable and the burn doesn't settle within a few days then I would definitely seek further medical advice.

anything with aloe vera
although it's probably best used as prevention:P

I'm back in england, WHAT SUN?! The burn has been like for about 2/3 days now and it's the most painful experience i've ever had.
THANKS GUISE!
