wots a : R E PWell rep is short for reputation and if you click User CP at top of page you can see how much "rep" you have and the comments, green is good, red is bad, grey I don't really know
Edit: To rep someone you click on the scale like things on the right of their name and approve is good and disapprove is bad

I would recommend you save things as .PNG to stop it being filtered, it is filtered because BMP known as Bitmap makes the image loads slower and it is not good for people with slower connections.

and grey rep is when someone with no repping power reps you, EG. they have basice standard rep, 10 or your rep is too high to be affected by theirs ;)
