I think the middle area is slightly plain?
Maybe a shooting star or something to have a little more action :P

Like I rold you on msn, I love the Habbox Competitions font. The are you a winner? is a bit too dark, and the background is a little plain! And the presents could be arranged more neatly, :).

I feel the person on the left (asst? idk :L) is a little randomly placed there with no purpose, if you get my drift.
Love the presents and the manager behind it.
Don't like the text though :(
