Well, i used to be in shape, on football, I used to me really good, but recently as Football went on break through out the summer, I'm slacking putting on weight and stuff, this is making football hard for me. Do any of you have any tips? To like get better, and loose weight. Please consider I'm 15. Thanks, :D

Go running, swim... fartlek will sort it no problem.

Cant swim looool.

I got a running machine and Rowing machine type thing so will that help?

Answer to that is yes however I think they're crap. Get outside and get running, don't scared to mix it up either, sprint two lampposts, jog one lamppost, sprint three lampposts, jog two lampposts.

I didn't do sport for a year and put on weight myself.

On the 8th of August (2010) my friend and I decided that we had to do gym EVERYDAY (cardio, weights every 48 hours), no junk food OR drinking ( :( ) for 6 months. It's been 41 days, and i've lost 7.5 kg, and feeling WAY better (less tired, etc).

Just do runs/bike ride every day, and weights every 2/3 days.

Surely if you've lost weight your weight programme isn't too effective...

I was slightly overweight before, Now i've lost the keg, so I'm doing the weight part now. Was mainly just cardio before.
