One of my subscribers recently donated me $40. Then they suddenly disputed the payment when there was no item actually sold. How do I dispute this?

Have you got any evidence they donated? If so show that to PayPal.

Well you could try them. What is the dispute?

You could call them. But this is paypal and you would know by Notch's troubles with paypal; they are really crappy. I doubt they will help you and I apologise.

He sent the money as a payment although he said it was a donation on YouTube. Then he disputes it saying 'Have not received items in a month nor has seller replied to my emails'. I've received no emails nor was I told of the selling of any item.

He donated it, just give him it back and tell him to **** off if hes going to mess you about, maybe even do a video on youtube saying he scams ;)

what are they actually disputing?? how can they get anything from a donation?

I just refunded but.. I had £35.00 in my PayPal account and it did not take the refund money from that. Instead it is going for a bank transfer and I havent got enough money in my bank to cover it :/
