Do you have good punctuality?

In general what is your punctuality like?

For me it is great as long as it isn't in the morning, e.g school lol. I'm just useless in the mornings, even today when I had a dentist appointment at 9:45 I was almost late. Anything after 10 and you can count on me to be on time. :P

In school my punctuality was terrible. I had something stupid like 94 lates in only one school year. I was late quite a lot of times in college as well, but I had to improve it otherwise I would have been kicked off the course. I lived quite a distance from school and college though, so that was my excuse. Plus I am one of those people who thinks whats the point in hurrying if I am already late. Turns out you should hurry because being two hours late doesn't do you any favours haha. Outside of education I am usually on time however. Unless of course I rely on the bus, which is pretty much guaranteed lateness.

Reading that was strange as I can relate to it so much. My punctuality at school is abysmal, I am late almost everyday and like you I don't hurry if I am already late. I would often even slow myself down even more to avoid having to go to first lesson then be on time for 2nd lesson. It has to improve though, I have to see the attendance officer or something like that tomorrow. I really don't care about school because I leave in 6 months and know I will be working for myself or with family. But now my parents could actually get into trouble if I don't improve.

Always make an effort to be on time, and usually do just that! work I end up turning up 15 minutes early, but that's mainly because I allow time incase I get stuck behind tractors etc. I even go for my breaks at the exact times etc (unlike most the other staff)

As for the forum, well just ask the news department really! My reports are always bang on the hour (either 10 or 11) and I am so sad I actually sit staring at my thread until it's the exact time to post. :(

I am kind of like that online, always love to do things on time or achieve things by a certain time cough*runescape*cough lol but when it comes to real life in the mornings I am terrible. Any time after 10 though and punctuality is my middle name. :P

For school and things like that I'm not very punctual because I've always had to get a lift from either one of my parents and my sister used to like getting up at like 7:45 and washing her hair etc so we always used to be late. When I went to 6th form I always ended up being like 15mins late because my sisters school was on one side of the town and mine was on the other which was gay. Now I don't go to school she's always on time ;l

i can't stand being late, even 10 minutes early is too late! i give myself an extra 10 minutes before i leave then add an extra few just incase. i give myself a schedule of what i'm doing and WHEN i'm doing it. i'll especially never be late for someone, say if i have to be at someones at 7am i will be there for 10 to, it's just rude not to. even if someone is always late me for i'll never do it to them. even if i leave early it's "****, i'll be late" ahhhhhhhh

Yeah, if I was already late enough that going into first lesson would just be stupid and embarrassing I would doss around until the second lesson started. I usually liked hanging out in this field and spacing out but as time went on I just found myself staying at home for an extra hour in the morning. I guess I should have made more of an effort, but really I only missed lessons like games and religious education, which were just pointless anyway because I gained nothing from them academically. The surprising thing is somehow I always got away with being late. I guess my school was just crap and didn't care.

Varied. My mother brought me up to be very early for everything which always irritated me as it gets boring being early for everything. Now I have independence I always plan to turn up precisely when I'm meant to, and half the time I manage to be dead on the time I plan for. However my plans never intend for anything to go wrong (Forgetting something, slightly late bus or something) so I quite often end up late, my punctuality is certainly going downhill though.

college i was late for every single lesson in my second year (unless it was straight after another lesson)
