Throughout the week I'm normally in school monday to friday 9am - 4pm, the time I get home I'm absolutely shattered and I normally have a hell of allot to work to do. Saturday and Sunday are my resting days, I'd stay in bed until 1ish otherwise il be wrecked by monday. Fair enough I'd have all saturday and sunday afternoon but I have other things to do such as study. After I study I'm mentally drained and if I was to exercise before I study I would be too tired to study.
What can I do?

Walk to or from school a couple of days or for the entire week if it's not miles and miles away.

Well no but I had a wild guess that you didn't and suggested that as it's better than nothing. Just have to get motivated and do it when you've free time really.

I don't really exercise but I am quite active, I walk my dog as much as I can and our walks are normally over 1+ hours. I eat quite healthily as well and try to avoid junk food or food that will be heavy on my tummy. I eat lots of foods rich in iron, protein etcc. I also walk too and from college which is around a 45 - 50 min walk. - I'm not some health freak, I am far from it :P - You always have time to incorporate some sort of activity into your life xD otherwise you will just fudge out and get FAT
When my car was written off i couldnt afford another so i biked to work everyday which is like 9 miles, occasionally still do it.
Other than that i do bmxin an occasionally play basketball.
I bought a exercise vid for my mum (she asked for it k :|) and so I just whip that out when I'm bored on the computer and do about half an hour or so.
Walk from home to the train station, then from the train station to college everyday.
I go to the gym on the weekends after I've done my homework :D

Just fit in the gym late evening on a few school nights with a mate and usually on sunday evening too. You just gotta make the time, get the work done at school and having a late bed time is key.

I walk up to school, shuffle about a bit between lessons then walk home.
If i ever go out i just sit in somebodies house or sit in town.
I do barely any exercise whatsover, but i am a perfect weight. Lucky i guess.

With my current occupation, exercise is required. I typically run several miles every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

i fit my schedule around exercise no joke
stop using excuses like you have to study and **** when you stay in bed till 1pm, you'll never get anything done. get your exercise and studying done early in the morning on saturday & sunday, it's only a few hours a day.... plus studying for ages loses your concentration. so idk study 1 hour, exercise 1, study 1, exercise 1?
my days are so long, up at 6am home at 7pm on mon, wed&fri. i have loads of home study aswell but i jog 8 miles (yeh jog i can't run n idc if 8 miles isn't much) on tue+thursday. plus gym on saturday + dancing sunday. there's always time and if there's not then make some, you only need 7-8 hours sleep (i get 6 or 7 but whatever) which gives you 16 hours for yourself. you only need like what 30mins-1 hour a day of exercise surely it's not that hard?

Walking to and from college a couple of times a day is in itself decent exercise - I have to walk up a road on a very steep hill, all the buses stall on it and everyone tries to avoid walking on it.
Then I have my 5x5 Squats + other compounds 3 times a week. Tuesday - At the gym for about 9:30am, have college at 1pm. Thurs - Gym at the same time, college at 2pm. Saturday - Anytime, usually morning. Don't kid yourself into thinking you need 4pm - you go to sleep to study, and you dont need to sleep till 1pm on saturday and sunday. You're just making excuses to avoid it. If you really wanted to exercise you'd make time in your schedule, no one needs 7-8 hours of study per day.

I go to gym after school on Monday and Thursday from 4pm to 6pm. Right after school. You can hardly be tired, I'm tired but I still go to gym for 2 hours. Saturday is a designated cardio day for me, I usually jog 2-3 mile.
