Which night is your takeaway night?

I think that most people nowadays get a takeaway once or more times a week. For us, Saturday is our takeaway night. Also what takeaway do you tend to have? We normally go for either Chinese/Indian/KFC.

Since my sister is never in My Mum is to lazy to cook (Especially if she doesn't eat it) so I have (Shamefully) McDonalds EVERY week.

Our 'takeaway night' is on a Friday, because my mum's fed up of cooking by then in the week! :P

we have a takeaway so often that we know which days the good chef's are working in each place.

monday, tuesday, wednesday, we never get an indian cos the chef sucks so we get a chinese instead. Not saying this is every week though, we got loads of oven crap in the freezer so most of the time I just do an assortment of different stuff from there

Having a takeaway once a week isn't going to make you fat, we have homemade meals 6 out of 7 nights. You sound as if you have been brainwashed that any fast food is unhealthy so should not be eaten. You need to have some kind of treats in life.

Yep same here. Chippy/Chinese/Indian/McDonalds/KFC/Pizza Hut, whatever we fancy really. None of us are even slightly overweight.

Because I'm single and live on my own, I refuse to cook for myself, unless it's noodles or something like that. I'll eat take-away practically every night. And before anyone starts asking, no I'm not fat. I'm actually somewhat skinny. >.>

I live quite close to everything as well so if I got hungry later on I'd just pop out to McDonalds or something and get some food, makes life easier.

People have done for ages. Ever noticed how fast food takeaways always advertise on a saturday? Ant and Dec's saturday night takeaways also suggests this. Then Domino's sponsoring the X factor on saturdays, then all the KFC adverts on Saturdays, then coca cola advertising that it is good to drink with takeaways on saturdays. Have you been hiding under a rock for the last 10 years? :P
