basically me and my mother are both on the '3' network and experience no signals when we're under the roof of our home. it's annoying to say the least, i had to walk towards the end of my garden to send a text message, and I dont want to be paying £27 a month by doing this. so what do you advise me to do? I'm really not satisfied with the service, and the phone which i have (Nokia e72). I've had the phone for about 5 weeks now.

3 Customers get 14 days to send it back if they're not satisfied with the service. I hate to say it but you brought it on yourself by waiting 5 weeks to do anything about it, nothing you can do now.

You signed a binding contract that makes it very difficult to get out of without paying a considerable sum of money. I would recommend, as a first step, contacting 3 and lodging a complaint about the signal issues at your house - it could actually mean they are having problems that they are in the process of fixing.

Keeping going at them, a mate did the same with his e72 as the signal was none existent at his house he kept moaning and eventually they gave in and said send the phone back and we will stop the contract.

well I will nag at them until they get my point. and I will pay money, if i'm really desperate to get rid of it.

Around here network 3 seems to be notorious for having terrible signal, everyone I know on 3 always seems to complain about it. Even my business studies teacher is always going on about them telling us the same old story how he got a phone with them and the signal was abysmal.

It's cause your on 3, they're awful for signal. I'd go to the 3 shop and complain if I were you.

Northwest England. It might just be your house, I know that on all the networks me and my mum have been on we have never had signal in my Gran's house. We always have to stand outside of the back door to call or text people. Together we have been on O2, T-Mobile, Orange and Vodafone over the years.

Maybe be just where you are, gotta remember it could not just be 3. I hardly get more than a bar in my own house but yeh...
