Molar cracked?

I cracked my lower molar tooth somehow. And Im just wondering what happens?

Do they pull it out and deplace it or do they just file it and fill it in, It is about 25% Cracked.

Has some of the tooth actually come off? Or is it just like a crack through it?

depends how its cracked, some i guess can be a filling as I had my crack a bit and it got a filling.

I think my brother got a filling or a false tooth or something when that happened to him.
