Basically i don't really understand this question
"Explain the challenges that both out of town shopping and high street shopping face?"
I've put about internet shopping and how less people are actually visiting the stores but i can't think what else

Don't know if you still need help. But anyway.

Basically, what are the pros and cons of being either in an out of town shopping centre, or a high street shopping centre.

Firstly, high street is much easier to get to, and there are more shop around rather than just the one which would be the case in an out of town one.

A high street shop is most likely to be cheaper as it will have high street brands, and people would go to the out of town one just for the best brands.

An out of town shoppig centre, means you can get there, not besuck in traffic, and it will most likely not be crowded, not have litter, not be high in crime etc.

On the other hand, the high street shop closes about 5pm, which loses itself sales.
Whereas; an out of town shopping centre, could be any form of shop and it may be allowed to be open 24 hours. :)
