Did you send us a submission to a competition through email lately? Then you'd better read this!
Earlier this week, we experienced some issues with our [email protected] email inbox, which has resulted in the loss of some submissions sent in for a few of our competitions.
To make it fair in case we lost yours, we are asking you to please resubmit your submissions IF winners have not yet been revealed.
Check the original article for the competition you took part in for new deadline details, and resend your submission just as you did before, same subject etc.
This has only affected a few competitions,
and there is no need to resend your submission if...
* winners have already been revealed (means it wasn't affected)
* if you took part in a competition poll in the Hotel or in an article
* there are no mentions of this issue in the original competition article
* if you never sent anything to [email protected]

MONTHLY COMPETITIONS STRAYPIXELS & HABBO MALL
Good news! There is no need to resend your submission for StrayPixels this month, all the submissions were saved and the winners where revealed here
Unfortunately, Habbo Mall was one of the few email folders that got affected, so if you sent your room in this month, you have to resubmit it using the same criteria as the origina l article asked for. The new deadline is October 8, noon EST (that is 9am in LA, 5pm in London, midnight in Singapore and 3am the following day in Sydney).

PLEASE NOTE:
The Habbo Help Tool has not been affected by this in any way, so if you have an issue with the Habbo Help Tool that has not been answered yet, there is no need to resend your request!

Looks like someone pressed delete all :P

Nice of them to extend the deadlines and ask people to resubmit, rather then just forgetting about the competitions altogether, or just awarding them to some randomer.

Agreed. It's good that they admitted to it. Well, they didn't admit it was their fault which it may not have been, but they admitted to having problems.
