it won't take that long, depending on how fast your tattoo artist is. You may be pushing it though with that time

I dont think you would want to go to college straight after having it done anyway haha

It wont take over an hour, Depends if the symbols have already been drawn out and put on carbon paper.

You'll be getting it done (with needles) for about 20 mins ish. 5 mins to go through the aftercare instructions. x

On the topic of going to college

You're gonna have cling film wrapped round whereever to stop the bleeding. You're gonna need to take this off after about an hour and wash the tattoo with warm water and apply your aftercare cream so make sure you are gonna be able to get out of class for a little. obviously the hour isnt a set time but i'd say about an hour ish. x

You should NEVER put cream on the tattoo for atleast 2 days after its been done. It will just mess up the tat, i made that mistake on my first one and had to get it re-done.
The cream is to just moisturize the scab pretty much.

It all depends on your pain threshold, but I can't see it taking more than an hour

What cream did you use? I put cream on like twice a day when i got mine done and it's still awesome :)

I have a tattoo slightly larger than the dimensions of the tattoo you plan on getting. Took less than 45 minutes for me, but I also went to a tattoo artist I've known for years.

I wouldn't risk it before classes. Get it done when you have plenty of time to spare, although again, it shouldn't take more than an hour; quite possibly more than 45 minutes.

And on the topic of putting aftercare creams on your tattoo within two days after getting it, that's bogus. If you don't, you run the risk of your tattoo drying out; that will mess up your tattoo.

It doesn't take much cream to keep your tattoo looking nice, a small amount barely enough to keep it moist is more than sufficient. Do this for the first week after you get it done.

I'm sure it's different for everyone, but I've done exactly that for the two tattoos I have, and both of them look just as good as when I got them. Of course, they're barely starting to fade, since they were done years ago.

Lmao.. Right.

I put cream on mine within 2 hours of getting it done and my tattoo is brighter then anyone's i've ever compared it too. wahey! :) I got it done same time as a mate and her's faded loads and mines still like it's just been tattooed and it's a year old now! :)
