View Full Version : Room Rights Reset

We had to reset room rights to all rooms after some Habbos were having problems removing rights from all users in a room.
To solve the issue we have removed user rights to all guest rooms. So if you had rights in any of your friends room you'll have to request them again!

omg LOL... imagine the 100s and 100s of people who have bought rights in casinos, takeshis castles and tons of other rooms (HxHD! :-O), I don't think they realise how much of an impact that is going to have :S
And I've never even heard of this bug? urgh..

I really wish they didn't :P I have rights in really old rooms where the owners no longer play/logged in since the merge :(

Yeah! Plus for those whose accounts have been banned :(
That's rather inconvenient. I have accumulated rights in a number of rooms for a variety of reasons and they do come in useful. It will be quite a pain to get it all sorted again.

Seems quite a stupid thing to do i'm sure they could have sorted something else out, just another silly thing for habbo to do :p

It is now just:
What does that mean??
If you set the option "all users have rights" before moving to Flash many moons ago you may have noticed that this option was still active but you were unable to turn off the option, meaning that users had rights in your room and you were unable to remove them. As this option was no longer available to toggle on/ off we have reset this option for all rooms.
I checked my old Donation room and yes nobody has rights in it anymore.

There doing at 12pm they have said it in advanced but some people have been removed :s i've got a casino which has 107 people with rights and it cost 12 gbs for room rights or 10 gbs for VIP entrance :s carnt remember who got rights and hasn't
O

Noo you seem to not be understanding what they mean. What they mean is that no longer does everyone have rights in your room if you previously chose that option. It simply means that no one has rights other than those who were individually given them :)

I was hoping someone cleared that up :)

My post should hopefully explain it. I'm 99% sure I'm correct anyway :P

Oh well thank goodness for that, thanks for pointing out our mistake!

Well what a dumb idea. I'm sure there are other effective ways of fixing the bug as opposed to doing a master rights reset. I get the feeling that this is going to tick quite a few people off. And by "quite a few," I mean thousands.

KyoraStryker read Mr-Trainors post. He's cleaned it up!

Mr-T is correct; it doesn't say anything in the article about removing all rights now :)

That is so disruptive to people that are away or rooms that you want to keep the rights but you won't be able to get them back :l
