Not sure if this is right place to post but if not mod please move...


Anyway, I opened up my iTunes just now to find a message box telling me to select a previous library.. so I did and now I have like, 400 songs missing. Anyone know why this is, or where they have gone? The library I picked was from last night so I don't know what's happened. They were there last night.. :S

Just drag the songs back into iTunes, that error has occurred to me, it just 'happens'. The reason they're gone is they weren't in the library whenever it was last saved/archive/etc.

Right.

On another note, if you experience more issues with it, clear your library and add everything again. Once done, you can back up your library to CDs:

File > Library > Back Up to Disk...

May not be the perferred method, especially if your library is considerably large. The option is there, however.
